Job Description Raves technical services team is expanding to make sure that our life-saving products are working in the best way possible for businesses and communities throughout the country. Rave is seeking a self-motivated, professional Technical Services Engineer with strong technical and client partnering skills. What Youll Do: The Technical Services Engineer will play an integral role in the success of the Rave Services team as a trusted expert in deploying all Rave products. The successful candidate should have a track record implementing SaaS software in a fast-paced environment. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Developing a deep understanding of all Rave platforms Configuring Rave software platforms to client specifications Clearly communicating progress of implementation projects to customers Educating customers on how Rave systems work and how to get the most from them Consistently following up with customers to ensure deployments stay on track Working effectively to ensure Raves deployment SLAs are met at all times Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating unresolved issues promptly Managing time and expectations appropriately to meet multiple conflicting deadlines Conducting training on various Rave Products and Services Constantly drive improvements in process and policy across Rave Who You Are: 2+ years in SaaS software implementation (or equivalent) A proven track record of successfully implementing software for new clients/customers Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) Knowledge of web services/web technology (HTML, CSS, XML, JSON) Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed Excellent project management skills Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to work under strict deadlines Above and Beyond: Entry level understanding of SMS networks and mobile applications Experience with emergency notification or public safety systems support Command line / Bash scripting Experience in API, SFTP, Zendesk (Zen Talk, Zen Chat, Zen Support) BA/BS degree in CS/MIS or equivalent career experience Knowledge of one of more programming languages (Java, C++, Ruby) Note: Candidate can reside anywhere in the US. #LI-MP2 #LI-REMOTE Basic Requirements 4+ years of professional work experience with 2+ years of software implementation experience Travel Requirements Under 10% Relocation Provided None Position Type Experienced Referral Payment Plan Yes Our U.S. Benefits include: Incentive Bonus Plans Medical, Dental, Vision benefits 401K with Company Match 9 Paid Holidays Generous Paid Time Off Packages Employee Stock Purchase Plan Paid Parental & Family Leave and more!
