Position Summary This position is a full time position that reports to the Quality Assurance Manager. You will be responsible for the quality assurance of several product lines through the product life-cycle. This includes guiding the development process and working with engineering and support to bring products and new features to market. You will also be responsible for assisting in and leading automated testing efforts throughout the organization. Responsibilities Working closely with the QA Manager to ensure high quality of the software and that all testing procedures are being followed Creating functional and regression test automation Creating automated performance tests Document automation processes Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans Execution of manual and automated test cases Report defects & bugs Work cooperatively with other automation test engineers. Skills Required 4+ years of experience working in software quality assurance The ability to communicate in a concise, data-driven manner Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Strong understanding of various testing methods such as functional testing, integration testing, negative testing, stress testing, performance testing, and regression testing Excellent troubleshooting skills in order to find the root cause of complex issues Demonstrated ability to drive the mentality of quality being owned by the entire team Familiarity with agile methodologies Experience with Jira & Zephyr preferred Experience with SmartBear products such as TestComplete and Swagger preferred. Experience using JMeter is preferred. Experience with Selenium and Appium preferred. Experience with API testing tools such as Postman. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or others.
