Reporting to the Talent Manager, this role creates, maintains, and facilitates training in accordance with the IIAs International Standards for Professional Practices of Internal Auditing, and the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) CAS is the primary resource of the U.S. Bancorp Audit Committee in carrying out its duties. We provide them with timely and accurate information about the companys many strategic, operational, financial and compliance risks as well as assurance that the risks are being well managed Primary responsibilities Create instructional material: courses, curriculum, student guides or training manuals Engage with the business partners at different levels of hierarchy to understand business strategy and identify various training solutions for gaps identified Develop and maintain a resource training and development library; ensuring that catalogs of core curriculum and training resources are disseminated to appropriate areas of CAS Facilitates instructor-led development opportunities Ensure successful implementation delivery of the training solutions or recommendations Coordinate administrative tasks of the Learning Management System in conjunction with the Global Learning and Development team Support training team with documentation, creation of training certificates, and tracking of completed training Oversee the training administrative process and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiencies Perform other duties as requested by management This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience Typically, 7 or more years of relevant experience Preferred Skills/Experience Have strong knowledge and experience applying adult learning principles Proven experience in developing curriculum and delivering training Ability to track and report on NASBA CPE compliance Understanding of internal audit and risk management Excellent organizational, written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills Strong project management skills including the ability to manage risks, develop detailed work plans and specifications, and hold stakeholders accountable to ensure timely completion Ability to execute many complex tasks simultaneously Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and make independent decisions Ability to receive client feedback, research, and respond thoroughly and quickly with team support Proven team-building skills Strong MS Office skills Strong focus on details and driving results INDMO If theres anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our . The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $99,365.00 – $116,900.00 – $128,590.00
