Responsibilities: Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications for functional activities Designs software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses and manages their implementation Reviews existing applications and assists in making refinements, reducing operating time and improving current techniques Responsible for application design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation Responsible for quality assurance review and the evaluation of existing and new software products Requirements Knowledge in software lifecycle and compatibility test procedures. In-depth working knowledge and extensive experience using the core software including the products and technologies listed below: Oracle, SQL, Microsoft Visual Studio.Net products, Visual Basic, C, C#, PowerShell, Windows Shell Scripting, Crystal Reports, Flexera AdminStudio, Wise Package Studio, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, Windows installer, and approved Configuration Management (CM) tools Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 system internals, including Group Policies concepts and the Active Directory structure Experience with programming in Visual Basic, C, or C# .Net to create installation or deployment automation tools, “helper script”, when scripting languages such as Windows PowerShell, VBS, or similar languages do not suffice Knowledge of an application’s DLL, registry dependencies, COM architecture and Visual Basic Objects Advanced knowledge of registry and policy editors Detailed knowledge and ability to create Microsoft MSI-compliant and Suite / Advanced UI Project (EXE) deployment packages using Flexera AdminStudio Troubleshooting problems in software distribution, deployment, and installation Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) components, SCCM process threads, generated SCCM Status Messages and SCCM Log Files Knowledge and experience with the latest Cybersecurity practices and the ability to assess the potential risk of various technical solutions being proposed for the desktop architecture Halvik offers a competitive full benefits package including: Company-supported medical, dental, vision, life, STD, and LTD insurance Benefits include 11 federal holidays and PTO. 401(k) with company matching Flexible Spending Accounts for commuter, medical, and dependent care expenses Tuition Assistance Charitable Contribution matching Halvik Corp is an equal opportunity employer.
