Are you passionate about building programs that get sales teams the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to sell software effectively? If so, come join us as a Senior Designer within the Calabrio Learning Studio. Were creating beautifully useful content to improve our global B2B sales teams win rates, decrease our new sellers time to productivity, and overall increase customer lifetime value. What you’ll be doing: Design engaging sales training content that strategically deliver the right information to sellers in the right moment (such as product enablement, competitive positioning, sales qualification methodology and sales leadership). Analyze sales performance metrics and utilize data-driven insights to create and refine enablement programs. Collaborate with sales leadership to identify needs and prioritize our sales enablement efforts. Foster alignment between sales and marketing efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and maximizing the impact of our go-to-market strategies. Leverage technology and innovative tools to optimize the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives. Facilitate meaningful discussion around the problems facing sellers. Measure the positive impact and adoption of our sales enablement programs using qualitative data. Partner with other learning and development experts with the Learning Studio on key initiatives. We’re looking for: Proven track record of creating and delivering successful sales enablement programs including onboarding, continuous training, and coaching initiatives. Deep understanding of sales processes, sales qualification methodologies, and solution-selling best practices. Consistent planning and meeting of project deadlines with quality work. Requirements Experience with B2B marketplace dynamics. Involvement with enterprise software and/or contact center software. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex information, systems, or details to non-experts. Proficiency in creating multimedia content (such as videos, guides, and interactive sessions).
