Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead our efforts in enhancing and implementing automated testing strategies for our [specific project/product/service]. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy professional who is passionate about automation, has a strong command of testing methodologies, and possesses the skills to drive continuous improvement in our QA processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated testing frameworks and scripts for [specific project/product/service]. Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to identify test automation opportunities, develop testing strategies, and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and technologies. Monitor and analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to drive timely resolution. Participate in code reviews and provide valuable insights to ensure high-quality code and test scripts. Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration of automated tests. Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in test automation best practices and techniques. Stay current with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to test automation and quality assurance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide input on testability and automation feasibility. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. 3+ years of proven experience in QA automation and software testing, with a focus on [relevant technologies/industries].
