Job Description As a Senior Java Developer, you will work with cross functional groups to understand the areas of enhancements, propose technical solutions, and provide estimates. You will be responsible for designing and building those solutions. You will enhance the core platform by improving APIs to be performant and scalable. You will work with a group of talented engineers to delivers the agreed work with quality and excellence. As Senior Java Developer, you will have following key accountabilities: Develop new software products and/or enhancements Define and document technical requirements Fully test software solutions and meet product quality standards prior to release to QA. Adhere to project delivery schedule. Resolve reported system issues. Ensure technology solutions support the needs of the customer and/or organization Now that we have introduced you to the position as Senior Java Developer, what skills, qualifications and experience should you, have? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Great problem-solving abilities. Strong Java Programming skills. Minimum 4 years of experience in Core Java and 3 years in Spring Framework / Spring Boot. Strong SQL skills. Minimum 2 years of experience working with Oracle Database. Experience supporting services in a production environment Experience working with remote teams Experience working on a team with a CI/CD process. Familiarity using tools like Git, Jira.
