As a Senior Business Analyst within the Business Analysis and Reporting team, you will support Exclusion Management teams within Optum and United Healthcare with data, reports and dashboards. This role is vital to maintaining an effective system of placing and removing exclusions. The work you do will help to drive medical cost savings and reduce provider abrasion. Youll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: Create and maintain dashboards to accurately represent the state of Exclusion Management Analyze, review and trend complex data Create and deliver reports (routine and ad hoc) Manage a queue of work requests and communicate progress QA datasets created by yourself or others Youll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with Alteryx 3+ years of experience with Tableau 2+ years of experience gathering requirements from the client / business and documenting them in a clear concise manner 2+ years of experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Word Preferred Qualifications: Experience with United Healthcare claims data Familiarity with Payment Integrity *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Groups Telecommuter Policy. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington residents is $70,200 to $137,800 annually.
