Best Buy is looking for a Senior Agile Coach 

Best Buy has an opening for a Senior Agile Coach at its facility in Richfield, Minnesota, to design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, and network concerns. The position involves some systems coordination and integration functions. Duties include verifying stability, interoperability, portability, security, and scalability of system architecture; developing system engineering, software engineering, system integration, and distributed system architectures; and collaborating with engineers and software developers to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components. Other duties includes identifying system data, hardware, and software components, working closely with development teams to improve overall software craftsmanship, architectural principles, and Agile engineering practices; facilitating Agile gatherings and supporting transparency between multiple product teams; collaborating with developers, testers, product owners, architects, and support teams to establish a common understanding of the product requirement and the technical implementation of the feature; fostering cross functionality between technologies, domains, programming languages, coding and testing and increase communication and integration across teams; and training system users in system operation or maintenance with a specific focus on the needs of teams and specific individuals. Requires Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, or equivalent foreign degree. Must have at least 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the coding and software development industry. At least 2 years of this experience must have been in a mentorship or coaching role and in Agile experience.
