DecksDirect is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to help our company’s mission to “Help people build better decks” by being the main point of contact for any discrepancies a customer may have. This role requires critically and creatively thinking to find the best solution for both the customer and DecksDirect. If you are a multitasking people person who can think on your feet, we want YOU! Accountabilities: Create a Positive Customer Experience Case Creation, Management and Resolution Create and Manage RMAs Inbound Calls or Transfers from Sales Team Responsibilities: Evaluate product, freight, and labor costs when making resolution decisions Communicate proactively with customers Communicate with Operations, Accounting, Distribution, and Vendors on a case-specific basis Place and manage purchase orders with vendors Maintain current knowledge of department processes Qualifications: 2+ years of work experience in a customer service operations role 2+ years in a customer facing (phone or in-person) service environment Familiarity with shipping methods: small parcel, LTL Organizational skills to manage several ongoing customer issues Four year college degree is preferred Working experience with the Google Workspace, specifically Gmail, Google Drive, Google Chat, Google Meet; experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets a plus * Demonstrated basic computer literacy Experience in an Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) organization a plus Position Details: Full-time/ Part time Flexible hourly positions available Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm Location: Plymouth, MN Internal position: not remote or telecommute Benefits include but not limited to: PTO – Accrued time off to chill and relax Insurance – Health, Vision and Dental Retirement – Save for the future with a Company Matching Program Paid Holiday – Who wants to work Holidays Powered by JazzHR
