Title: RN – LPN – Dialysis Tech – Outpatient Location: White Earth, MN General Job Duties: General dialysis duties. Setting up Braun machines. Accessing patients. Connecting and disconnecting patients. Monitoring Vital signs. Epic Charting. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept: Braun machine. Crit line machine. Required skills and minimum years of experience: Dialysis skills. 6 months experience. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required: BLS – AHA. MN license for RN and LPN. CCHT for techs Shift or schedule requirements: 3 12 hour shifts for 36 hours per week. No weekends. Floating to over units/departments: No “ there are probably hours in other units if they are willing to travel “ not a requirement but a possibility Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept: 8 Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: 3 to 1 Dress Code: Scrubs Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program: Varies depending on experience with machines and knowledge.
