The Compliance Revenue Cycle Manager implements and manages the OptumInsight Compliance Program at outsourced clients, including facility and physician/ambulatory revenue cycle services as well as and care coordination/utilization review. Conducts risk assessments and develops Compliance Workplans. Coordinates with client Compliance, Privacy, OptumInsight Operations and Quality Assurance to implement and manage ongoing monitoring of standard Compliance metrics as well as develop corrective action plans. Investigates reported Compliance/ Ethics incidents. Verifies compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and drives problem resolution and solutioning for identified compliance and quality concerns within the revenue cycle spaces. Develops regular status reports for client and regularly coordinates with client compliance contacts. Primary Responsibilities: Implement and provide ongoing management of OptumInsight Compliance Program at revenue cycle end-to-end outsourced clients, including facility, physician/ambulatory, care coordination and other in scope services Implement and manage OptumInsight client compliance program, including policies and procedures, risk assessment, work plans consistent with elements of an effective Compliance Program as outlined in the Sentencing Guidelines and DHHS Office of Inspector General guidance Coordinate new client Compliance transition activities, evaluate compliance risks and developing mitigation plans Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, and Quality Assurance teams to implement ongoing monitoring of standard Compliance metrics Verify compliance with various regulatory requirements and drive problem resolution and solutioning for identified compliance and quality concerns Investigate reported Compliance/Ethics incidents. Recommend and oversee corrective action plans Act as a key resource and provide guidance on applicable federal and state regulatory requirements applicable to our revenue cycle management and care coordination services Provide written and verbal status updates and reports to the client. Participate in client meetings and regularly coordinates with client compliance contacts Youll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree Certified in Healthcare Compliance, CHC; Certified Internal Auditor, CIA; or related certification 5+ years of hospital/health system compliance program experience Hospital operational revenue cycle experience Knowledge and experience in HIPAA, HITECH regulatory requirements Knowledge of CMS and other regulatory billing requirements Proven exceptional technical skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Proven solid data analysis skills Proven excellent written and verbal communications Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with operational and client leaders Demonstrated ability to multitask, lead projects and complete projects, collaborate with others to identify problems and related resolution Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree in related field 3+ years supervisory experience Experience working in a client-facing role Hospital operational experience California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island or Washington residents is $85,000 to $167,300.
