Cycling Frog is normalizing the consumption of casual use THC products. We are on a mission to make THC convenient, affordable, and fun by making a sessionable THC beverage the same price as a beer or soda. We want to change the way THC is consumed and viewed by our society by focusing on lower potency ready to drink beverages that can easily fit into anyone’s lifestyle. Under the Federal Farm Bill, we are allowed to sell these low potency THC products across all 50 states via the internet and anywhere you can grab a beer. Cycling Frog is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the NY and NJ markets to work with our Distribution partners. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Proven ability to increase Cycling Frog placements in on/off premise accounts Work with our distributor reps/manager on all levels to understand the market and identify area for growth Identify major non buy accounts and develop plan to gain distribution and volume within target group Ability to work within VIP/Karma CRM to communicate opportunities to distributor reps/managers Requirements Self Starter, independent/motivated 5+ years of beverage sales preferably with craft beer Extremely organized and detail orientated Excellent analytical, written, problem solving and verbal communication skills a must Excellent persuasive selling and relationship development abilities Proven negotiation skills Demonstrated ability to plan and manage multiple responsibilities Strong computer proficiency required in Excel, Word, Power Point, Gmail, and VIP/Karma Drivers License (Required) Road worthy vehicle Benefits 1099 Contract Company provided Tablet Phone service provided by company
