Job Description Make your mark at the worlds largest HVAC company Daikin Applied is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and administrative duties supporting the Early Talent team within the Talent Acquisition organization. You will perform work that includes Early Talent administrative support, campus organization relations, recruiting and hiring, onboarding support, and intern management. What you will do: Assist with the coordination of Early Talent events Prepare and execute on-campus career fairs Conduct research to help build relationships with universities and support efforts to foster those relationships Interview scheduling for Early Talent recruiters Execute recruiting activities which could include sourcing, conducting phone interviews, coordinating interview schedules, presenting qualified candidates, debriefing interviewing teams, presenting offers to candidates, and candidate communications throughout the process Assist in implementing the Early Talent recruiting strategy for assigned business areas; source qualified candidates through effective campus relationship building and management; on-campus presence at targeted schools, leveraging social media, networking, pipeline development, and other creative, innovative strategies, etc. Proactively report hiring activity through communication, meetings, and tailored reports Participate in process improvement projects to increase the efficiency of Early Talent recruiting Adhere to the standard processes for using the Applicant Tracking System to manage candidates and properly disposition candidates Coordinate and attend on-campus recruiting activities in the fall and spring (career fairs, student groups, etc.) Achieve metric goals as defined by Talent Acquisition Leadership Aid with other Talent Acquisition projects as needed Whats in it for you: Competitive pay and benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, paid time off, 401K match, support for community involvement and much more!
