Your challenges: Coordinate and guide the project team in applying the APQP methodology on the project. Contribute actively to the people/culture change management at PBB level Perform KBD assessments Monitor the overall action plan management at Work Package level with the support of the KBD Assessors Coach the PBB MFT in the application of APQP Consolidate the APQP progress sharing reports at PBB level Capture the Lessons Learnt and consolidate the improvements for the methodology Represent the PBB at project level Drive Process Adherence and lead process deployment in local areas, in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS), including compliance to all applicable regulatory (EASA, FAA), standards (EN9100/9110), policies, directives, processes and methods. Set the quality standard for both new service introduction at initial design before any process changes are made and continuously through the product life cycle.
