Position Overview: As a Commercial Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects from concept to completion. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety. Ensure compliance with all building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards. Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts promptly and efficiently. Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager, with a track record of successful projects. Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and equipment. Proficiency in construction management software and project scheduling tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
