Essential Qualifications: Must live in the continental U.S. and be available to work EST/EDT business hours Open only to individuals who are U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship W-2 only (no C2C) Requirements You’ll bring a wealth of experience in Java 11+ and a passion for coding, architectural design, and POC development within a large enterprise environment. Strong cloud knowledge, particularly in GCP, will be a key aspect of your expertise. A comprehensive grasp of containerization and Kubernetes will enable you to play a pivotal role in guiding our technological advancement. Your mastery of design patterns, coupled with proficiency in large enterprise backend application frameworks and both relational + non-relational databases, will be your toolkit for success. Your comfort in Linux/Unix environments and proficiency in CI/CD toolchains will ensure seamless development workflows. Your adeptness in destructive testing methodologies, microservice-based architectures, and successful implementation of RESTful web services will be instrumental. Your experience in modernizing legacy applications will be essential in driving innovation. Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git, and an understanding of full stack technologies (Java, Go, Node.js, JavaScript, AngularJS, ReactJS, JQuery) will drive engaging user experiences. While less managerial leadership is expected, your influence and guidance will be integral in solutioning and architecture discussions. Your ability to present information to various teams, using Powerpoint, Miro and other presentation and collaboration tools, coupled with your communication with senior leadership, will be a defining feature of your role. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, embracing independent work as well as collaboration within cross-functional teams. Your dedication to ongoing learning and staying ahead of industry trends will shape your growth and impact. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
