As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in defining and aligning our organization’s technology strategy with its overall business objectives. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and senior management, to design and implement robust and scalable technology solutions that support our long-term growth and success. Essential Functions: DevOps solution architecture, DevOps governance, DevOps technical guidance and mentoring, AI governance, AI guidance and mentoring Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the organization’s business goals and objectives Analyze and evaluate the existing technology landscape, identifying areas for improvement and proposing strategic enhancements and optimizations Work closely with IT teams to guide the implementation of architectural principles and promote a culture of continuous improvement Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and architectural methodologies Qualifications: Bachelor’s with 12 years prior IT experience, Graduate Degree with 10 years prior IT experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related IT experience. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in strong understanding and experience with DevOps methodologies, continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), infrastructure as code (IaC), and related tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in solid knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Ruby) and experience in building and maintaining software applications. Preferred Additional Skills: Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues and devise creative and practical solutions Communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Track record of designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions Ability to align business and technology strategies and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Comfortable conveying complex topics with executives and business leaders Competent with Microsoft Office tools like PowerPoint and Excel #LI-Remote In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $119,500 – $221,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
