Fantastic contributions to your retirement through a 401(k) savings plan with employer-match benefits and a defined benefit plan fully funded by SPP As our Lead Technical Settlement Analyst, you will: Design and develop calculations, shadow calculations, policies, and research required to support market and/or transmission settlements. The Lead Technical Settlement Analyst also provides support for production processing as assigned. The Lead Technical Settlement Analyst provides support for the Supervisor of Settlements, Manager of Settlements, and Director of Settlements as necessary. To be successful as the Lead Technical Settlement Analyst, we’re looking for: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR two years of relevant job-related experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirement. Ten years job related experience above degree requirements Ability to communicate effectively with settlement analysts, accountants, engineers, management and senior management. This communication, both written and oral, is for the purposes of requests, analysis, coordination, guidance and presentations Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus Knowledge of computer business applications and data base management systems Preferred Qualifications: Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, and PPT. Experience with SQL, SAS, Groovy, Java, Linux, Tableau, Oracle, Mongo Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position.
