The Role This position is an individual contributor role in developing tools to support Planning and Engineering groups in the management of key company initiatives and strategies. Includes partnering in a team environment or be able to independently design, develop, code, test, debug and implement database applications to accommodate user needs of moderate to complex scope and difficulty including graphical user interfaces and interfaces with other systems. Using Systems Thinking as an approach to problem solving, develop solutions through database design, and be responsible for documenting solutions, logical data models, and data flows. Demonstrate and apply a variety of technical skills including knowledge of multiple programming languages and the ability to quickly learn communication technologies. Lumen’s fiber-to-home expansion will bring miles of new fiber to 12 million residential locations.
