Company Description Fully remote opportunity for a Senior Radiant Logic Solutions Engineer to work collaboratively with a team to develop and deliver comprehensive account management and identify synchronization solutions. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US with an ability to pass public trust clearance. Job Description Develop requirements, definition, implementation, testing, go-live, and transition Design Radiant Logic based Virtual Directory Solutions per clients requirement. (e.g. API pass through authentication for cloud) Support Identity, Credentials, and Access Management (ICAM) objectives, integrations, and requirements of Virtual Directory Services (VDS) Stack (ie: Radiant Logic, Radiant One, etc.) Lead Radiant Logic support and engineering services including design, modernization, upgrades, etc. Support and collaborate with Teams for various ICAM Proof of Concepts (POCs) Lead, install, configure, and deploy the tool, instrumentation, migrate code and data, integrate with other systems for automation, data management, bug fixes, assist and support testing, and production releases Lead root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for identified cause, provide guidance and direction for resolution of escalated issues, and provide subsequent documentation Lead real-time synchronization, identity correlation, and directory storage using Radiant One Develop rapid application on-boarding process for integrating Radiant Logic with third party data sources (including LDAP, SQL, and SOAP/REST web services, etc.) Develop, test and maintain high quality and reusable custom code for new computed attributes Create and maintain system documentation for environment (SOPs, Runbooks, etc.) Participate in daily stand-up calls and other technical meetings as necessary Collaborate with stakeholders, teammates, and management throughout the entire solution lifecycle Accomplishes program objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating team activities. Maintains staff by interviewing candidates and training new employees. Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results Coaches, counsels, and recommends disciplinary actions for employees in coordination with Human Resources. Assists in establishing strategic goals. Assists in defining objectives, identifies and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes. Participates in business development efforts. Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements. Fosters a spirit of teamwork and unity among department members. Plans, evaluates, and improves the efficiency of business processes and procedures. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment. Communicates regularly with other managers, the director, vice president, president, and other designated contacts within the organization Qualifications Hands-on strong experience with Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solutions 2 years strong experience with Active Directory At least one (1) year strong experience with LDAP Two (2) years experience with Radiant Logic Three (3) years experience with Identity and Access Management Three (3) plus years of experience with at least one of the following products: Oracle OAM/IDM, OEM, CA Site Minder, with a focus on PingFederate, SailPoint, PAM Product, MFA Product Experience with SAML V2, directory synchronization Experience with Linux operating systems and Windows operating Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience or a Masters degree with 3 years experience working in Identity and Access Management (IAM) primarily as a directory services engineer. At least two (2) year of management experience Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a department and department staff members. Better than average written and spoken communication skills. Excellent organizational management skills Evidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality. Demonstrates the ability to develop SOPs Authorized to work in the US with an ability to pass public trust clearance. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of SailPoint IIQ Certified radiant logic VDS engineer Demonstrated working experience with HDAP, Radiant One ICS and FID products Linux administration experience Windows PowerShell experience Basic programming skills (Python or Java) Basic knowledge of networking and firewalls Basic Splunk knowledge Relevant security industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, Sec+, CEH) VDS Certification Understanding of databases and vaulting technologies Understanding of federal cyber security guidance such as NIST SP 800-37 (Guide for Applying the Risk Management Framework to Federal Information Systems: a Security Life Cycle Approach) and NIST 800-137 (Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) for Federal Information Systems and Organizations) Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
