We are looking for someone who has 5+ years of experience or a degree in a related field and management experience. Your expertise in horticulture and knowledge of plants will make you blossom in this role. As a Horticulturalist, you will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and harvesting different plant species to ensure they thrive in the greenhouse environment. Your attention to detail and ability to manage and oversee a team of plant experts will make you the perfect fit for this role. Essential Job Functions: Design and implement new systems, procedures, and practices to improve plant quality and yield. Monitor plant health and make recommendations to improve its growth and development. Train and supervise greenhouse technicians. Maintain accurate records of all plant materials such as soil, chemicals, and water. Skills: Excellent plant and botany knowledge Strong attention to detail High level of organization Ability to manage a team effectively Strong problem-solving skills.
