Schedule: Monday – Friday Days Pay Rate: Varies based on experience The principal duties and responsibilities will be: The Facilities Engineer will be part of a Tool Install Team consisting of: MF Program Management, Equipment Engineers, Process Engineers, NGSC EH&S, Global Supply Chain, and others. It is anticipated that the Facilities Engineer will be assigned one or more MF Tools and will be responsible for ensuring that Tool install goes smoothly from conceptual design thru final installation and Tool acceptance from a Facilities perspective. It is expected that the Facilities Engineer be on-site at least four days a week, and that the Facilities Engineer walk the job on a regular basis. Participate in the full lifecycle of any assigned Tool Install Projects. This includes but is not necessarily limited to: Participating in Tool Installation Design Reviews Drafting SOWs for and obtaining quotes from Tool Install trades subcontractors Working with Supply Chain to get orders placed Maintaining Tool Install Project Schedules Day-to-day management of Suppliers Requirements: Bachelors Degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and five (5) years of related experience in Facilities Project Management Experience managing subcontractors including SOW generation, working through procurement processes, and day-to-day subcontractor management Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality Strong Project Management skills and a demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with tight schedules. Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to read engineering documentation and inspect drawings and parts lists, inspection plans, and supplemental instructions This position requires eligibility to work in the US without visa sponsorship Preferred Previous work experience in a semiconductor environment Previous experience working with hazardous process inputs Solid modeling experience. Pro E / Unigraphics / AutoCAD Possession of a valid Professional Engineering (PE) License.
