Job Description: BHS133 n PL/SQL, Oracle .net, C#, Java, Upgrade Facets Product, Facets 4-6 yrs. of experience. n Contracting – Care Delivery (Simon) – OCT Enterprise n Role Purpose n To ensure success as a technical architect, you should have extensiveknowledge of enterprise networking systems, advanced problem-solvingskills, and the ability to project manage. A top-class technicalarchitect can design and implement any size system to perfectly meet theneeds of the client. n Do n Responsibilities: n n * Meeting with the IT manager to determine the company?s currentand future needs. n * Determining whether the current system can be upgraded or if a newsystem needs to be installed. n * Providing the company with design ideas and schematics. n * Project managing the design and implementation of the system. n * Meeting with the software developers to discuss the system softwareneeds. n * Troubleshooting systems issues as they arise. n * Overseeing all the moving parts of the system integration. n * Measuring the performance of the upgraded or newly installed system. n * Training staff on system procedures. n * Providing the company with post-installation feedback. n n n n Technical Architect Requirements: n n * Bachelor?s degree in information technology or computerscience. n * Previous work experience as a technical architect. n n Managerial experience. n n * In-depth knowledge of enterprise systems, networking modules, andsoftware integration. n * Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems. n * Familiarity with programming languages, operating systems, andOffice software. n * Advanced project management skills. n * Excellent communication skills. n * Ability to see big-picture designs from basic specifications. n * Ability to problem solve complex IT issues. n n HC – Payor
