GPAC is looking for a Construction Superintendent 

One of the regions top General Contractors is hiring an experienced Superintendent with expertise in ground-up commercial construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working on diverse and challenging projects. Responsibilities: Provide on-site leadership and supervision for ground-up commercial construction projects. Ensure projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and timelines, regardless of the location. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews at various project sites. Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality standards and identify any potential issues or risks, regardless of geographical location. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless project progress, regardless of project location. Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations at all project sites. Monitor project budgets and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions, regardless of project location. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or queries. Resolve construction-related problems or conflicts in a timely and efficient manner, regardless of project location. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent in ground-up commercial construction projects. Ability to manage and run projects $20M+ Strong knowledge of construction techniques, codes, regulations, and best practices. Proven ability to effectively manage and supervise construction teams. Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure project milestones are met. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Willingness to travel throughout the state. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate construction vehicles and equipment safely. Compensation/Benefit.
