Job Description As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise team members on the design and processes for implementation of components of technological structures. In this role, you will create solutions with a process-driven view, as well as devise processes for maintaining and/or updating existing structures. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE The Enterprise Architecture – Architecture – Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: Apply advanced skills, knowledge, and/or experience to lead modeling, analysis, and planning projects. Translate functional requirements into technical solutions to meet customer needs by applying advanced skills, knowledge, and experience. Maintain existing structures and collaborate with management to define governance processes. Perform modeling, analysis, and planning to solve technical business problems and inform the team’s technical direction. Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Minimum Required Experiences & Skills 6+ years of experience leading architecture portfolios, building proofs-of-concept to implement solutions in AWS cloud, and designing data migration pipelines to the cloud using the cloud-native services. 2+ years of experience in architecting designs to remediate vulnerabilities and securing applications in the cloud. 2+ years of experience with securing enterprise applications in public cloud service providers, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, and performing application security assessments. Understanding of basic networking principles and public cloud networking concepts/patterns. Skilled in communication and relationship management with diverse stakeholders, including presenting information in group settings using illustrations, writing, and summarizing ideas. 3+ years of experience with architecture supporting analytical & machine learning tools & workloads using Apache Spark, Flink, SageMaker, or equivalent platforms combined with knowledge of distributed data architecture concepts such as sharding, caching, and stream-processing using Kafka or Kinesis to hydrate data lakes. 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise or Solution Architect with hands-on development background using Python or Java on the cloud. 3+ years of experience designing systems to control, monitor, and manage large, complex, and sometimes geographically dispersed IT infrastructure and applications to optimize IT service delivery. Desired Experiences & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 2+ years of experience in stakeholder and vendor management 5+ years of professional experience in Solution/Technical Architecture in the cloud 3+ years of experience in implementing technological solutions, architecture designs, innovation in cloud (AWS preferred), hybrid and on-prem environment. Experience evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc. 2+ years of experience in presenting to the architecture review boards. Experience working with stakeholders from various teams, such as Product, Business, Technology, and Operations teams, providing architecture support to realize Enterprise’s business and IT strategies. 3+ years of working knowledge of relational databases, NoSQL design and deployment and experience with opensource ETL data tools such as Apache Spark, Flink etc. 2+ years of working knowledge of DevOps pipeline design, including infrastructure as code, such as Terraform, CI/CD tools, such as Gitlab, and package repositories, such as Artifactory. 3+ years of experience in creating visual concepts, creating content, and editing content by hand or with the help of computer software to communicate ideas. 1+ years of hands-on experience with Machine Learning tools and technologies. 2+ year of experience working with streaming platforms such as Kinesis or Kafka and Containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes or Fargate. 3+ years of experience in programming languages such as XML, Python, PySpark Javascript, Java 1+ years of experience using Docker or Kubernetes Experience in the Financial services industry is a plus. AWS Certifications: Solution Architect Associate and any of the specialty certifications in Security, Database, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics.
