The Good Stuff The Good Clinic focuses on whole-person care, and a core service we offer is our wellness consultation. In fact, many of the clients youll work with are not ill¦ and we want to keep it that way! We sell essential oils and supplements in our welcome area/lobby, and we love to train our clinical staff about how these products support health and wellbeing so you can share your knowledge with Good Clinic clients. In addition to wellness visits, youll hone your traditional primary care skills with patients ages 12 and older. On a typical day, you will greet clients, bring them to the consultation room, take vital signs, gather medical history, and maintain records. A core value of The Good clinic is to prioritize meaningful connections with clients, not how many people you shuffle through. Flexibility is key in this role because the location is new. Youll need to help set up processes and workflows, work collaboratively with the marketing team, and adjust to a varied number of clients. Learning is at the top of your priority list as you add new skills that fully support Good Clinic clients. Leadership team values employee health, not just client health Led by nurse practitioners Monday through Friday schedule Comfortable, welcoming environment- the lobby is called a welcome area because it feels relaxing and inviting Competitive pay and benefits including valuable stock options and CME support Ability to build the location from the ground-up and be a valued member of the care team Responsibilities Perform clinical tasks to support the provider staff including blood draws, administering vaccinations and injections, and completing lab orders Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures Escort patients to exam rooms Clean and sterilize all equipment and exam rooms according to protocols Adheres to and promotes compliance with COVID-19 precautions Participate in team meetings and express any process improvement idea to ensure quality of care with clients is top-notch Job Qualifications Certified or Registered Medical Assistant BLS Certification 1+ year of experience is preferred because this is a new location Proficient in Electronic Health Record systems Educated on HIPAA regulations Demonstrates effective communication, problem solving, and adaptability Required proof of Covid-19 vaccination and annual influenza vaccination About The Good Clinic: The Good Clinic, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitesco N.A.
