Role – Azure Cognitive Services Technical Support Engineer Location Remote Duration: Long Term Contract Skills: Knowledge of Azure Cognitive Services- LUIS, SDK app, ML Model prediction accuracy Strong Python and C# coding skills, along with knowledge of C++ and/or Java Knowledge of Debugging and validation of Backend Logs Deep knowledge of API’s (OCR/Face etc) calling API’s, knowing Rest API’s communication, end point, authentication, debugging, capturing traces etc Azure, AWS cloud development experience Knowledge of OpenAI will be an added advantage Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to machine learning frameworks and tools. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and cross-functional teams.
