Job Description As a valued contributor to our team and Release Train Engineer (RTE), you will apply extensive knowledge of Agile principles, advanced techniques and theories while providing overall direction with technology products and processes; assessing enterprise functional needs and implementing technology solutions to support; defining strategic outlook; planning, directing, or coordinating operational activities of the unit with the help of subordinate executives and staff managers. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE The Agile Release Train Engineer role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care. As a Release Train Engineer (RTE), you will be a servant leader and coach for our Agile Release Train and deliver on the following responsibilities: Facilitate program level processes and execution Drive continuous development Manage risks and escalate impediments while also acting as a chief scrum master for the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Minimum Required Experiences 6 years of relevant program management and IT management experience Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile Release Trains Experience building solid relationships and influencing across teams including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict Technical experience with enterprise cloud products and features in order to support the cloud migration, integration of various tools/application, metrics and analysis. Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data Ability to identify upstream / downstream dependencies and manage the impacts to the timelines and overall roadmap Desired Experiences Bachelors degree or equivalent Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI Experience working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Tableau, Power BI Excel or Alteryx Excellent verbal and written communication skills for the purposes of presenting information and ideas to business and technical audiences in a way that is engaging and easy to understand Performs risk management to minimize program risks, tracks deliverables, evaluates timelines and creates mitigation plans with internal teams and vendors. Experience in Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc. Experience dissecting business process flows, identifying process improvements, and designing / implementing business processes.
